I was really challenged in the beginning because this seemed like a lot more colors than I'm used to but i knew I wanted to include the new Lagoon Paper bags. They also come in Slate, Ruby, and Honey colored. I decided to think outside of the box and use it as a holder for a card.
I started with the bag first since I didn't really know what I wanted to do with the card. I went through my stash and found everything I could that fit in the color scheme. The fabric caught my eye and I decided I wanted to create a flower and then a tag. The flower was made with four circles of fabric folded into quarters then I added a resin flower to the center. I cut the tag from the Cricut Artiste cartridge in sorbet and White Daisy, stamped the sentiment and then pop dotted it up onto the bag. I used some olive bakers twine to tie through it and added extra texture and dimension.
For the card I stamped the image in chocolate and then colored it in with a blending pen and my ink pads. The diamond border was stamped with a rock and roll technique using lagoon and pacifica ink. I double matted it with olive and lagoon card stock and adhered one of the CTMH clips to the top so you could easily pull it from the bag.
I hope you'll join the Color My Heart Color Dare #111 with your own project. Link it up over on the Color My Heart blog.

Hi Tina, I think the way you worked these colors together is ingenious. I think I'd want an outfit in these colors based on your project! The white really makes it striking. Great job!
What a great project! I love the way your card and bag turned out.
Love the idea of using the bag as an envelope for your beautiful card!
Great project! I love your fabric flower and all your little embellishments.
Lovely card, Tina! I love that you showcased the Lagoon bag as an envelope--how did I miss that in the catalog?
:) Marie
