Scrapbook Process #122: The Sweet Life

Today I'm sharing a layout I did for the Scrap Our Stash sketch + 3 challenge. I chose to use Kraft, Jillibean Soup, and Lawn Fawn.

I have just a few scraps left of the Red raspberry collection and decided it was perfect for these cute little pics of my baby girl eating donuts. At least I think she ate it. LOL

Wander with Process video

Today I have a stash buster tip for you. If you're like me you always want the newest products even when you have plenty of stash. Sometimes it's still to hard to resist a new collection especially when it's one of your favorite companies like Simple Stories for me. When the new Your Are Here collection came out I knew I didn't need it and that I didn't have a lot of photos to use it with but I still couldn't resist. BUT I tried something a little different. What if I only bought the ephemera pack which would give me plenty of the You Are Feel without breaking the bank. I mixed it up with my stash and scraps and am so happy with the results.

Disney Inside Out (Paper Issues)

Today I have a lovely double page layout using the new Attwell collection from Paper Issues. I fell in love with the watercolored floral paper and new immediately I wanted to use it with photos from the Disney Flower and Garden Festival. The display from the movie Inside Out was perfect for all the different colors in this line and several of the phrases in the embellishments.

Life Today (Simple Stories)

Hi guys! Today I'm sharing another layout I did for the ScrapRoom April Challenges. This one was a lot of fun. You had to start with 5 pieces of specific size pieces of pattern paper and your background. You couldn't add any more; just embellishments.

It took me a bit to settle on a design but I finally did and them piled the ink and embellishments on to complete it.

I'll Be Your Minnie (Simple Stories Life in Color)

Hello peeps! I have a layout today using the new Simple Stories Life in Color collection. I even stuck in a few elements from the SS I AM collection.

The colors are perfect for disney and although the photos are from Disney the layout is more about the story behind the photos. I love the Flower and Garden Festival and snapped hundreds of photos but this one may be one of my favorites.

Here's a look at the process
