My daughter and I put together some really quick and simple treat bags for her friends. The topper was a cut from Gypsy Wanderings that we folded over for our base. The Frosty Kisses title is from the Winter Woodland Cart and the penguin is from Joys of the Season. Instead of cutting the facial features out I drew the eyes, beak, and feet on and chalked the cheeks. I think they turned out adorable doing them this way. We added some snow glitter around his feet to give it that bling.These turned out adorable and everyone loved them. They were super quick to put together! The bags are the clear bags you can buy in the party supply department. I always keep a stash around.
