We will be using the CTMH Wonderland paper to start scrapping your winter photos this month. For my local gals we will be meeting Fri Jan 25th at 6:30 at my house.
You will receive everything you need to complete these two layouts as shown above, as well as instructions and access to a video instructing how to assemble. I'll also be sharing lots of tips and techniques used as well as extras such as suggested embellishments to use that you probably have in your stash. I intentionally left the layouts quite generic so you can use whatever size and quantity of photos you might have. If you're new to scrapping or want to purchase extra embellishments I'll have a list below of add-ons.

My husband recently informed me that I didn't give him a card for our anniversary or for his birthday and how much he likes receiving them. He then reminded me that we spent our anniversary at the hospital; they had to take him back into surgery because he was bleeding internally after his first surgery. I decided to rectify that since he always spoils me rotten and a card is the least I can do for him. He's been building me a custom scrap island for my studio all this week and so I decided to write him a special note to let him know how much I appreciate him and all he does for me and our kids.
I decided to use this weeks mojo sketch 273 and CTMH January's stamp of the month as well as the Flirty paper pack which will be retiring in January. I used Art Philosophy cart to cut the circles and the heart. I stamped everything with black ink and embossed with black embossing powder. It makes coloring a breeze with our alcohol markers.

Have you ever wondered the difference between pigment or dye based inks and which you should be using? Here is some quick info and tips on both.
Dye based inks are quick drying, they absorb into the paper which makes them appear slightly transparent and softer. They are super easy to clean up so it makes the great choice to do the majority of your stamping. We offer all 40 colors in our fabulous dye based inks for only $5.25 each.
Pigment inks are slow drying, more opaque giving a much more intense color which gives almost a look of being embossed. This also means they take a little more scrubbing to clean up and I highly recommend you purchase our stamp scrubber to get your stamps clean and lasting a lifetime. Pigment inks can be heat set for quicker drying and they can be used on fabric and then heat set for permanency. Your fabric items will hold up under gentle care washing. They also are a more light fast ink which means if you're creating items that will be exposed to light they will hold up and last where dye based inks will fade with time. We offer all 40 colors in our pigment inks. They're sold in smaller cubes in a tower of ten so it's a great way to acquire all of our fabulous colors inexpensively. For only $19.95 you can receive all 10 colors in one of our collections. We also have the full sized pads in pigment inks for colonial white and white daisy.
