I couldn't wait to get my hands on the new Cocoa Vanilla Totally Rad collection. I had these adorable photos of my son just woken from a nap and eating a sandwich. He's a cutie patootie and that little robot was a perfect little touch.

Disney Inside Out (Paper Issues)

Today I have a lovely double page layout using the new Attwell collection from Paper Issues. I fell in love with the watercolored floral paper and new immediately I wanted to use it with photos from the Disney Flower and Garden Festival. The display from the movie Inside Out was perfect for all the different colors in this line and several of the phrases in the embellishments.

I'll Be Your Minnie (Simple Stories Life in Color)

Hello peeps! I have a layout today using the new Simple Stories Life in Color collection. I even stuck in a few elements from the SS I AM collection.

The colors are perfect for disney and although the photos are from Disney the layout is more about the story behind the photos. I love the Flower and Garden Festival and snapped hundreds of photos but this one may be one of my favorites.

Here's a look at the process

Never Have Too Much Happy with Process Video (Paper Issues)

I'm sharing this layout I created today on the Paper Issues blog. I used the beautiful new Pebbles Spring Fling collection. I love my 6x6 pads and how you can have all the patterns to play with. I grabbed a piece from the Walnut Grove collection for my background and everything else is from the the Spring Fling collection.

A Girl and her Castle (with Process Video)

I decided to have a little fun today and get messy; well as messy as I want to get. LOL I used a Heidi Swapp stencil and some distress inks to create my background then dropped some Heidi Swapp Gold Color Shine on it. For the photo I used the beautiful new Pink Paislee C'est la vie to do a messy mat stack. It's such a shame you can't see more of the gorgeous paper.

Love (Free Cut File)

I have a beautiful layout I did a couple of weeks ago for Valentine's Day. I grabbed a free file from the Paper Issues store. Yes that's right! There are a lot of free files for you in the store.

I cut it out of white cardstock and then went through my scrap bin looking for pink papers with a touch of aqua. As you can tell I had plenty. LOL

Once I got the pie shapes backed I took it to my sewing machine and made some stitches through it and around my layout. Then I grabbed some love embellishments and quickly finished it up.

Smitten with Process Video

I have a layout using the new Simple Stories Heart collection today. It's colors are just beautiful and even though it was more a memorial theme I couldn't resist the colors. I went a total different direction than the theme and scrapped a picture of my daughter. I did a little different than my normal design as well and went vertical. I love how it turned out.

Here's a look at the process

I wanted to keep all the embellishments in a horizontal line to complement the vertical design. I pulled all kinds of embellishments and layered them all up.

We Got Our Ears with Process Video (Paper Issues)

I'm sharing this layout on the Paper Issues blog today. If you haven't checked them out I invite you to come over to the blog and to the Facebook group for some awesome challenges and inspiration every day of the week. You can play along for some gift cards to the Paper Issues store!

I'm working with Shimelle's new Starshine line today. It is fabulous and could be used for so many different things. I knew the minute I saw it it would be perfect for my daughters Walt Disney World internship.

I have more photos from this day but wanted to have a little fun with all the little embellishments and some bits of paper on this page.

Here's a look at the process

If you're reading in email click the link below

I chose a diagonal design and used some of the small printed blocks from one of the papers to start out. Then I added in some stickers and ephemera pieces. I love that the ephemera has printed acetate pieces as well. It's a great way to break up the space in the design and allow your eye to rest.

I stitched across some of the pieces with my sewing machine for some added fun and texture.
Be sure to check back for the accompany page that will include 3 more photos from the day.
